Scope of work:

Hallway:

1. In hallway install missing outlet. ( power is there just need to install white decora outlet)

Master bedroom:

1. Install ceiling fan ( customer supplied, wiring is ready just need to install new ceiling fan)

Attic:

1. there is a junction box that is missing a cover, there is also a wire just sitting next to it. The wire needs to be landed in junction box to power up outlet that the wire is going to. There is also another wire in box that needs to get landed that’s going to the smoke detectors. We will land wires and put blank cover.

Doorbell:

1. Wires already in place, install transformer and chime. Estimate is to install only if we need to troubleshoot that would be an additional cost.

Exterior:

1. Run a dedicated 30amp 240v and a 15amp circuit to Suana. Roughly 85ft. Away from panel. We will come out bottom of panel with pvc then dig a trench for pvc to get to fence (about 15 ft.). Once at fence land pvc in junction box then run emt along bottom side of gate behind bushes to Suana location. Total run is roughly 85ft. Suana will need to be built before hand so when we come we can land power. 30amp 240v circuit is for the heating device in Suana and the 15 amp circuit is for a light in Suana.

2. There is a total of 4 exterior light fixtures the homeowner would like installed. 2 would be replacements and 2 would be just installing as the wiring is already there.

3. Install gfi with bubble cover. ( power is in place, device just needs to be installed)
