We were able to run the camera both ways into sewer

The sewer line from the home to the main exit down to the septic pits was never connected. This caused bad smells and sewer back up’s

In this case if the sewer has not been used sewage sat in main line and filled up causing horrible odors

We will dig a trench across grass approx 30 feet and reconnect house main to the septic main line

This includes placing grass to one side of trench and we will place dirt on a tarp

We will create a new sewer main and add a proper cleanout

Once flow is restored we will flush sewer main with a hydro scrub to clean out the inside of pipe

We will back fill dirt to proper compaction , and place grass back . We will tamp down grass and we suggest over watering area for a couple weeks until it regrows.

We are not responsible for grass spots missing , highly recommended to have Gardner seed and water area really good.

20 year workmanship warranty on pipe that cvha replaces

Doesn’t include any other drains under home or further down stream . Does not include any service work or repairs on septic system

Replace up to 15 ft of 1” copper piping under raised foundation for 2 units.

Water to building was shut off prior to my arrival, recirculating pump on water heater was also turned off when water to the building was shut off by maintenance.

Replace noisy 10 year old 3 speed recirculating pump for Noritz 98od tankless water heater on outside wall on side of house.

Shut off isolation valve and remove old noisy pump. Clean and prep piping and install new 3 speed UNION pump and set to middle/medium speed. Bleed air from recirculating system with hose bib on system.
