75-gallon Water Heater Install

Conejo home services will replace 75 gallon water heater

Drain and remove the old water heater.

Install a new 75 gallon water heater.

Install a new drain pan.

Sheetmetal the base.

Install a new gas flex connector, water connectors, supply ball valve shut-off and quake strap.

Install expansion tank at supply line of water.

Hook T&P valve up to existing copper line.

Tax and permits are included in the price of cost.

6 year tank 6 year parts and 1 year labor warranty

Install safety float switch’s on three system and 2 emergency drain pans on 2 systems

Lift and install emergency drain pans under the both the existing furnace on the west side of the home. As well as install a new float switch on one of the systems on the west side. (The other West system has the float switch already. These additions will help protect the home in the event the condensation drain quits draining and or the coil leaks. This will

prevent damage to the homes ceiling.

Installation of safety float switch on each of the east homes systems to protect the home in the event the drains get plugged they will shut off the system.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to install the overflow safety drain pans, duct modification will need to be performed. For System #1 - the removal/re-installation of the evaporator coil will be required.

System #1 (Downstairs/Kitchen)

Replaced (1) Zone control board

Replaced (2) Zone damper motors.

Installed (1) 12" zone damper ARD

For Refrigerant recharge: Approximately 3-6lbs. R410A refrigerant to be added ($105.00/lb). Perform UV dye leak search and add 1 stick of UV dye ($100.00). NOTE: This will likely lead to refrigeration repair component replacement. This cost does NOT include further repairs.

Total: $1,879 (+ amount of lbs of R410 refrigerant)

System #2 (Upstairs Bedrooms)

Installed zone damper 12" ARD for zone 2A.

Installed (2) zone damper motors.

Installed new TXV replacement (Master Bedroom)

Return to replace Evap Coil adp 5 ton. Replace static pressure sensor, and temp probe for discharge air

Part ordered 7/27 - Schedule on 10th or after - Rest of parts will hopefully be in this week. Ralph Ordered.
