We will also install a 12” x 12” area drain basin and excavate under concrete where pool equipment is to remove damage section of line were tennis balls are collecting in minor root intrusion.

After scope of work has been performed, we will backfill and compact soil properly.

1 Access & Demolition

◦ Remove existing floor finishes as needed.

◦ Saw-cut and jackhammer concrete floor to gain proper access to the original cast-iron sewer line.

◦ Safely expose plumbing while minimizing disturbance to surrounding areas.

2 Drain Line Modifications

◦ Remove existing cast-iron closet bend.

◦ Install new PVC closet bend and toilet flange, properly set to finished floor height.

◦ Ensure proper alignment and slope for drainage.

3 Sewer Liner Installation

◦ Install cured-in-place sewer liner within existing cast-iron pipe.

◦ Line approximately 28 linear feet, terminating at the transition point between cast-iron and ABS piping.

◦ Liner installation includes cleaning, preparation, and curing.

4 Concrete Restoration

◦ Include Concrete/Drywall

Warranty

• Sewer liner installation includes a 25-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, per manufacturer specifications.
