Sectional Repair
Sold by Jaiyro
Conejo Valley Home Services will perform a sectional drain line repair under the upstairs master bathroom lavatory sink. The affected section is approximately 4 feet within the wall, accessible from beneath the vanity.
Work will entail cutting drywall as necessary behind and under the vanity to access the damaged pipe section. Once exposed, we will cut out the corroded section of cast iron drain located beneath the second elbow and replace it with new PVC material up to current code standards. The new section will extend all the way back to the existing trap arm connection.
In addition, Upon completion of installation, we will run a camera inspection to verify the integrity and successful restoration of drainage.
