Sales: AdamRepair water leak on 1” galvanized service line in attic space. Existing leak is on the main water service inlet to home above master shower in attic. Would replace 1” galvanized pipe from inlet to home to existing copper line approximately 10’ away from inlet. Repair includes tying onto 3/4” galvanized pipe in attic and also includes all pipe and fittings needed to complete task. Conejo does not repair drywall or cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the leak.

Replace the existing pressure regulator, ball valve, hose Bibb and pressure relief valve. Cost includes all necessary pipe and fittings to ensure a proper fit. Will attempt to remove the 1” galvanized nipple from the wall and replace with stainless steel. Cost does not include any possible repairs to the pipe inside the wall. Will reconnect to the irrigation system and install a shutoff for the irrigation system. Will use copper above ground.Collect: $9,000.20
