Project DescriptionReplacement of existing, corroded cast-iron drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping located under the raised foundation and connecting two bathrooms to the main sewer line. The existing piping will be replaced with new, durable [PVC materials to ensure long-term functionality and compliance with local building codes.
Scope of Work
The following tasks are included in this estimate:
Perform a final camera inspection of existing lines to confirm the scope of work and identify specific problem areas.
Access and Demolition:
Create access points in the crawl space/under the raised foundation.
Carefully remove and dispose of the existing cast-iron piping in the designated areas.
Installation and Materials:
Supply and install new [PVC or ABS] piping, fittings, and connectors for the two bathrooms and the main sewer line connection.
Ensure all new plumbing is properly sloped and routed according up to code.
Testing and Cleanup:
Conduct a static water test or camera inspection to verify the integrity and seal of the new system.
Backfill any minor excavation areas as needed and remove all project debris from the site.
Exclusions
This estimate excludes the repair or replacement of any customer-owned fixtures (toilets, sinks, etc.) unless specified in the "Optional Items" section.
This estimate does not cover the cost of significant structural repairs, extensive water damage remediation, or major landscaping restoration beyond the immediate plumbing work area.

Monday and Tuesday Partial RepipeReplacement of existing, corroded copper water supply lines with new PEX tubing throughout the home (serving two bathrooms, kitchen, and all connected fixtures), utilizing the accessibility of the raised foundation/crawl space to minimize wall/ceiling damage.
Scope of Work
The following services are included in this estimate:
System Preparation:
Shut off main water supply and drain existing lines.
Perform a static test on existing system to document current issues.
Demolition & Access:
Access plumbing system via crawl space/under the raised foundation.
Minor access points created inside the property as necessary (e.g., behind fixtures).
Installation:
Installation of new uponor pex material cross-linked polyethylene tubing for all hot and cold water lines.
Installation of new PEX fittings (brass or poly) and manifolds.
Connection to existing main water supply line and all fixtures (sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, water heater, appliances, exterior hose bibs).
Proper insulation of new PEX lines located in the crawl space to prevent freezing or rodent issues
Testing & Cleanup:
System pressurization and testing for leaks.
Final inspection and activation of the new plumbing system.
Removal and disposal of all old copper piping and project debris.
Note: This estimate does not include the cost of patching, repairing, or repainting any drywall/structure that required access, though minimal damage is expected due to foundation type.

Replacement of an existing 50-gallon gas water heater in a garage with no recirculation pump.

Tasks:
Preparation and Shutoff:
1. Shut off gas supply valve
2. Close main water supply
3. Drain existing water heater to empty tank
Removal of Existing Unit:
1. Disconnect gas line from heater
2. Detach cold and hot water supply lines
3. Remove and dispose of old unit per local regulations
New Water Heater Installation:
1. Position new 50-gallon unit with adequate clearance per code
2. Install new drain pan beneath unit
3. Connect new stainless steel water supply lines (cold and hot)
4. Install 1/4-turn ball valve on cold water inlet
5. Install expansion tank, adjusted to home water pressure (typically 50-60 PSI)
6. Fit new gas shutoff valve on gas line
7. Attach new flexible gas supply line with sediment trap
8. Secure unit with Unistrut mounting and earthquake straps
9. Reconnect to existing T&P relief valve exit point
10. Insulate water supply lines for efficiency
11. Install copper bonding wire from water lines to gas line for grounding
12. Cover base/stand with sheet metal for protection
Venting and Combustion:
1. Install venting per manufacturer's specs (e.g., double-wall or single-wall as required)
2. Secure single-wall vent connections with 3 screws each
3. Verify adequate combustion air supply per code
Testing and Startup:
1. Pressure-test gas and water connections for leaks
2. Fill tank and purge air from lines
3. Test T&P relief valve operation
4. Light pilot, set temperature to 120°F (or per client preference), and confirm burner ignition
5. Validate full operational status
Cleanup and Final Steps:
1. Clear debris from work area
2. Haul away old unit for disposal
3. Conduct final inspection with client walkthrough
