Furnish and install one new Bradford White 75-Gallon Water Heater.

Furnish and install one Grundfos three-speed circulation pump for domestic hot water recirculation.

Install new shut-off valves and check valves for proper operation of the recirculation system.

Reconnect water, gas, venting, and electrical connections as required.

Fill, test, and commission system to ensure proper and safe operation.

Haul away and dispose of old water heater.

Install new 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank.

Install new unistrut mounting system.

Install new gas shut off valve, gas flex, and sediment trap.

Install new sheet metal base and front on stand.

Install new water drip pan
