Sewer Repair Work [schedule on walter]

Sold by TracyWhen returned to customers location, we were able to pull the upstairs toilet and insert a sewer camera into the main sewer branch.

Scope of work: We will excavate and jack hammer located problem area in walk way . We located an issue by the back side pedestrian gate under concrete . We will break concrete approx 2x3 inside a brick outline , we will not break brick boarder to relive customer from having to replace brick. We will excavate approx 3-4 feet down in dirt . We will expose damaged sewer main in order to remove root intrusion. 

We will remove tongue and groove siding to replace vertical sewer line that is corroded and damaged from years of wear and tear. These pipes are metal which in time creates a rust build up and restricts pipe diameter. We will remove siding on the vertical wall under upstairs toilet. We will dig and expose in corner of wall and walk way , where gravel and stone are currently. We will move aside and replace later when work is repaired. 

Due to severe blockage cvhs cannot see past root intrusion and scope the remaining sewer line . Once sewer line is clear of first blockage is removed we will return and scope with cvhs camera and locator . We cannot say at this time the sewer is clear and fine leading to main city lateral . 

This includes concrete repair , the put back of dirt to similar finish and proper compaction 

Includes 10 year warranty on workmanship and installation of sewer pipe cvhs replaces 

Does not include putting tongue and groove wood slats back to how it was , cvhs does not include carpentry of any kind , does not include water damage , stucco , or any other concrete not pertaining to scope of work , does not include brick finish work in or around property, does not include any plumbing pipes water or sewer under home. Damage may occur to tongue and groove wood slats on removal , cvhs is not responsible for replacement or repair of any kind
