Sales: Kevin1. Will need to shut down water system to house, drain system, drain water heater, clean and prep work area, sheet metal water heater stand, build and install new water heater up to plumbing code standards, test competed work and haul away trash and old heater.

2. Remove old disposal, remove flange, clean and prep work area, set new flange, and disposal, test completed work and preform a leak free inspection.

3. Pull and reset lavatory faucets in master both of them, tighten valve body’s and remove kink in water supply line, test completed work and preform a leak free inspection.

4. Replace hose bib on water manifold while in the process of replacing water heater. While water is off to house and add a pressure relief valve to allow plumber to test pressure to house, by plumbing code standards this device is required on your water manifold!

5. Replace regulator 1” double unionCollect: $5,765.00
