Conejo home services will open up section of concrete and walkway towards home at main sewer cleanout access.

Once main sewer is exposed, will remove original clean out to properly gain access for trenches operator to perform CIPP lining process from exit home up to city connection.

After liner has been inserted, we will inspect it to make sure it properly cured and bonded to terra-cotta clay material.

Once scope of work has been performed. We will backfill and compact soil properly and rough patching of concrete flooring.

We will install a two way main sewer clean out access located at exit of home.

Job includes a 25 year warranty on parts and labor.
