Install new Noritz ez11.1dv residential condensing natural gas tankless water heater in garage location.

Install new stainless steel water heater flex connectors.

Cut, tie onto, and install new gas supply to heater.

Install new 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank.

Install new isolation valve set.

Install ball valve shut off.

Install unistrut mounting system.

Install new condensation drain to exterior.

Install new temperature/pressure relief valve and drain to exterior.

Install new pvc venting through wall.

Install new flashing seal on vent.

Cap existing 4” steel b vent.

City permits included.
