- saw cut concrete in pool equipment area first to minimize energy from jack hammer

- demo section of concrete

- excavate earth to expose leak

- once piping has been exposed, turn water on to visually confirm leak

- shut water off and drain down system

* shut off located in side yard, controls water to irrigation system in back yard, house is not affected

- cut out section of piping containing leak(s)

- clean/prep pipe ends

- rebuild section in rigid copper pipe and fittings

- allow glue to cure prior to pressure test

- turn water on and inspect for leaks

- backfill excavated area with washed sand to protect piping

* any riser penetrating concrete will be wrapped in 20 mil tape

- rough patch of concrete

- clean up work area once job is complete

* if leak is underneath brick work then same process will be repeated in 2nd marked area. Conejo does not replace brick work, will give referral to licensed contractor if needed
