Repair location #1- Major break in drain pipe at main outlet to street. 2 fittings broken underground and one break is under the corner of driveway. Will need to remove concrete and excavate down to pipe. Repair includes pipe and fittings and an access point installed for future maintenance.

Repair location #2-Recommend a reroute of rear Balcony Patio area drains to existing main trunk line. Also properly run the existing 2” drain line from 2nd story balcony drain to new area drain repair.

Repair location #3- Reroute existing pool equipment drain by removing concrete and rerouting to main trunk line via closest accessibility. Also reroute catch basin drain near palm tree at this time. Existing drain at palm tree is packed with rootsCollect: $8,800
