Per Bobby-

1) Run new 5” b-vent for heater and water heater. Homeowner to spot and cut where bent will penetrate through bedroom floor. Roofer will be included in estimate.

2) Replace existing dryer vent. Homeowner will have some drywall removed to recess dryer vent as close as possible to wall.

3) Change supply air duct in garage from 8” round to 14” riser to keep duct as high as possible to ceiling. (HOMEOWNER IS AWARE THAT RECTANGULAR RISER DUCT WILL DECREASE AIRFLOW THRU DUCT.)
