Sales: NickExisting house domestic water system is piped with under slab copper and is experiencing leaks. Existing system has a slab leak and can continue to get persistent minor to major leaks and is recommended to re-route

Multiple holes will be cut in drywall to perform re pipe project. CONEJO does not repair or replace drywall damage nor is it included in this estimate. Drywall will be removed and what pieces aren’t broken will be screwed back in place. Not every piece of drywall will be able to be removed in one piece.

New system will consist of uponor pex material and will be ran overhead.

* Access to manifold in 3/4 bath will be through closet, will have to cut opening in closet large enough to get into dead space underneath staircase to avoid structural framing. Transition into drop ceiling of kithen and dropping down left side of window. Dishwasher will need to be removed to avoid drilling of king stud.

All new piping will be insulated, strapped, and isolated through all penetrations.
