Sales-Kevin O.Once demo is completed plumbers will need to shut down water supply to unit, cut out existing shower valve and install new Moen single handle shower valve raising shower valve height according to customer request of comfortably, once new shower valve is installed and soldered plumbers will pressurize water supply and preform a leak free inspection, bleed air out of water system, clean up work area and set aside trim kit once tile is set and finish will need to return to complete of trim kit, install shower head.

Plumbers will move onto cutting old drain apart and move to center of flooring and stub piping through subfloor and set new cast iron shower drain to proper height. Once drain is completed we will preform a leak free inspection on all completed work for the drain.

Conejo is not responsible for drywall, wood work, stucco repairs etc.
