There’s also miscellaneous plumbing that needs to be fixed in the home and the parts are at the property already**1 1/4” main water service Install a new pressure regulator and adjusted it to the proper pressure. - Reg - 1 1/4 Double Union

Remove and replace the hose bib and test for leaks. - 3/4 FIP HOSE BIB

Install emergency shut off water valve At main water service.

1 year warranty on parts and labor.
