Sales: Jimmyreroute kitchen line through exterior of home up to main sewer in front yard 40 feet.

Scope of work includes the following:

Saw cut, jack hammer, and excavate from in back of kitchen sink to properly gain access to original material to allow to reconfigure line to exterior of home.

Once kitchen line is reconfigured, we will remove concrete on left side of home to give us access for kitchen reroute.

After side of home has been excavated, we will dig in planter in front yard and attempt to excavate under sidewalk and up to main sewer in front of home using 2 inch PVC material.

After scope for work has been performed, we will backfill and compact soil properly.Collect: $8,800.00

Conejo home services will excavate at exit of home 3 feet in depth and an additional hole 8 feet at property line to allow trench Less operator to perform trench-less replacement using high density polyethylene material.

Dig a 4x4x3 square in front of house to expose 4” orange berg coming out from house. Also dig another 4x4x9’ square in front of house in front yard where the 4x4” transition pipe is located. Start the pipe burst job by installing a winch and a pipe busting head attachment to pull a new HDPE pipe in to the old one from the hole closes to the house out to the side walk. The old pipe is broken and the new one takes its place. Install a new 2 way clean out and connect pipe on section closes to house. Also reconnect new pipe to transition pipe out on grass area. Backfill clean up job site.
