Conejo home services or excavate 3 feet at exit of home and additional 6 foot hole and property line to allow trench less operator to perform pipe bursting method using trenches technology.

We will have to excavate under footing 2 feet to remove root section connect PVC material and add a 4 inch two way clean out.

Add new wax ring for toilet

Once scope of work has been performed. We will backfill and compact soil properly.

Dig a 4x4x3 square in front of house to expose 4” orange berg material coming out from house. Also dig another 4x4x7’ square in front of house in grass area where the 4x6” transition pipe is located. Start the pipe burst job by installing a winch and a pipe busting head attachment to pull a new HDPE pipe in to the old one from the hole closes to the house out to the side walk. The old pipe is broken and the new one takes its place. Install a new 2 way clean out and connect pipe on section closes to house. Also reconnect new pipe to transition pipe out on grass area. Backfill clean up job site.
