1. Replace all switches and outlets in house with white Decora devices. The switches that are controllers with multiple buttons will be removed and we will use a decora blank cover. I tried all controllers and they don't seem to be doing anything.

light fixture in kitchen is not working, one more fixture in master bedroom closet is not working. Estimate is only to replace all switches and outlets, does not include troubleshooting.
