After contract was signed, and the pre walk-thru it was performed, the originally proposed Ruud variable-speed, two-stage, R802VA furnace did not come in from the manufacturer as planned. Homeowner agreed to have Conejo Valley Heating and Air, Inc. substitute for a new Trane variable-speed, two-stage, S8V2 furnace. Warranties remain the same at: 10 years-parts, 5 years-labor, lifetime-parts on heat exchanger.
