Scope of Work

​Gas Line Extension: Run approximately 20 linear feet of 1/2" gas piping from the existing main line to the designated appliance location.

​Shutoff Valve: Install a new, accessible manual gas shutoff valve at the termination point for safety and maintenance.

​Appliance Conversion: Install a Blackstone-specific Natural Gas Conversion Kit (including the removal of propane orifices and installation of natural gas orifices).

​Support & Stability: Secure the gas line and/or appliance connection point to the corner of the floor and wall using appropriate mounting hardware to ensure zero movement.

​System Testing: Perform a standard pressure test on the new line and a leak check on all new connections.

Exclusions

​The following services are not included in this proposal:

​Drywall/Stucco: Any cutting, patching, sanding, or painting of interior walls or ceilings.

​Masonry/Brick: Core drilling through brick, stone, or decorative masonry.

​Flooring: Repair or replacement of tile, hardwood, or laminate affected by mounting.

​Decking: Alterations, reinforcement, or repairs to wood or composite deck boards.

Warranty

​Conejo Services provides a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for all work performed under this scope. This covers defects in workmanship and any hardware installed by our technicians. This warranty does not cover the Blackstone appliance itself or issues arising from pre-existing gas plumbing.
