Sales-JimmyConejo home services will open up stucco behind kitchen sink to properly gain access to original material in wall for replacement using PVC material.

When addressing original material behind stucco, we will add a 2 inch clean out access to service kitchen drain line.

Once it repairs are addressed behind wall, we will begin to reconfigure kitchen drain line to outside of home and tying up to 10 feet into main sewer in front yard.

After front of home has been excavated we will install schedule 40 2 inch PVC material and tie in to main sewer.

We will test drain line once installed for any leaks and then begin to backfill and compact soil properly.
