​This project involves targeted plumbing interventions to address specific drain and vent line issues. Our team will perform multiple spot repairs to ensure the integrity of your drainage system, including the replacement of damaged sections and the modernization of the lavatory riser.

​Scope of Work

​Drain Replacement (Crawl Space Adjacent): Cut and replace the existing drain line starting approximately 3 feet from the crawl space access point.

​Lavatory Riser Update: Perform a wall cut-in to remove and replace the existing ABS riser for the lavatory sink.

​2-Inch Drain Repair: Identify, cut, and replace the broken section of the 2-inch ABS drain line.

​System Testing: Conduct a standard leak test on all newly installed fittings to ensure watertight performance.

​Exclusions

​Surface Restoration: Repair or replacement of any concrete surfaces removed for access.

​Structural Elements: Replacement or repair of the subfloor or floor joists.

​Cosmetic Finishes: Patching, painting, or finishing of drywall/walls following the riser installation.

​Remediation: Cleanup or restoration related to existing water damage or mold.

​Additional Piping: Replacement of any piping not explicitly listed in the scope of work above.

​Warranty

​Conejo Services provides a 5-year parts and labor warranty on all specific components installed during this project. If any defect in workmanship or materials arises within this period, we will repair or replace the affected section at no additional cost to the client.

​Hidden Conditions: Conejo Services is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues or structural defects discovered once walls or floors are opened.

​Water Damage: We are not liable for any secondary damage (e.g., mold, rot, or warping) caused by leaks that occurred prior to our arrival.

​Access Requirements: The client is responsible for clearing the workspace and crawl space access area of personal belongings prior to the start of work.
