Remove existing 50-gallon Bradford White water heater and install a new Bradford White 50-gallon unit with all work up to code. Includes disposal of old unit, required plumbing and gas/electrical connections, permits, inspection, and basic code-compliance upgrades (thermal expansion tank, pressure relief, drip pan, etc.).

Drain and remove the old water heater.

Install a new 50 gallon water heater.

Install a new drain pan.

Sheetmetal the base.

Install a new gas flex connector, water connectors, supply ball valve shut-off and quake strap.

Install expansion tank at supply line of water.

Hook T&P valve up to existing copper line.

Tax and permits are included in the price of cost.
