Remove approx 900 sq. ft. of batt from attic floor.Remove approx. 140 sq. ft. of batt from vertical wall around vaulted sealing.

Perform air seal.

Install approx. 900 sq. ft of blown-in insulation to R38 value.Install approx. 140 sq. ft. of BATT (FACED) insulation on vertical walls, R13 value, 12 inch bay size.
