Scope of Work-

Garage Sub Panel-

1. Replace 200 amp main lug zinsco sub panel with an all new 200 amp main lug Siemens panel.

2. Install new breakers according to wire size for each circuit.

3. Install Siemens whole home surge protector to eliminate damage to electronics and appliances from any potential surge.

4. After the new panel has been installed, accurately trace each circuit in the home and label the panel neatly with label maker tape.

5. Install smart home energy monitor.

ADU Sub Panel-

1. Replace 100 amp main lug zinsco sub panel with an all new 125 amp rated main lug Siemens panel.

2. Install new breakers making sure each circuit and wire is sized correctly.

3. After the new panel and breakers are installed, accurately trace each circuit in the home and label the panel neatly with label maker tape.

4. The new panel will sit flush with the drywall.

Inspections and permits are included in the price.

Drywall patching for both sub panels is included in the price.
