This proposal includes a complete domestic water system replacement and upgrade for a five-bathroom residential property.

Scope of Work:

Replace the existing main domestic water service line from the water meter to the home’s main manifold.

Install a new whole-house water conditioning system.

Re-pipe all domestic water distribution lines throughout the home.

Install a new tankless water heater unit.

Replace all hot and cold water lines from the main manifold to the water heater.

Distribute new hot and cold water lines throughout the entire home.

Install new angle stop valves and new supply lines at all water-using fixtures.

Fixtures & Areas Included:

Five (5) full bathrooms

Kitchen sink

Kitchen prep sink (requires boring and/or undermining to route new water lines)

All other existing water-using fixtures throughout the home

Additional Details:

All new hot and cold domestic water lines will be professionally installed and connected to each fixture location.

Kitchen prep sink line installation will require structural boring or undermining to properly route new supply lines.

And excavate behind the kitchen and rounding the back corner yard, and also in the front yard, exposing the main line to be able to reroute new kitchen drain from the outside of the home due to a broken line inside the wall/foundation. New pipe carries 20 year warranty and includes installation of the new pipe backfilling with the native soil pouring.
