Drywall will be removed and what pieces aren’t broken will be screwed back in place. Not every piece of drywall will be able to be removed in one piece.

Instead of breaking apart, his bathroom technician brought to his attention that we can accommodate the repair by dig, digging outside and tunneling underneath bathroom to make the repair on existing broken drain line

This will be done by neatly placing bark on a separate tarp

We will neatly place dirt on another tarp

Includes excavating soil underneath bathroom to expose broken drain line

Includes performing a repair on the broken drain line

Includes a water test when pipe is reconnected

Upon previous contract at work, we performed a smoke test February 25, 2025 at 10 AM and found that the drain stack for the toilet is emitting smoke which indicates that there’s a leak down below the floor surface

This would include the following

Removing toilet from floor

Chipping, concrete and exposing at least 10 inches of soil and drain pipe and attach a new piece of pipe with a new closet flange

Includes reinstalling, toilet, and all necessary parts to accommodate for talent install

This would include backfill of soil, all parts and pipe necessary to accommodate for repair

After this repair is done, there will be no more sewer odor admitting from bathroom due to the fact that everything will be fixed at that point

Please note that I don’t believe any tile will be disturbed in the process. If there will be tile, disturbed technician will bring it to the homeowners attention.

Scope of Work – Main Service Line Replacement

Removed and replaced the existing main service line running from the utility meter to the home’s main manifold. Work included layout, excavation, and trenching across the bottom section of the driveway and through the synthetic grass portion of the yard to access the connection point at the manifold.

Installed new approved service piping and fittings, completed tie-in connections at both the meter and the main manifold, and pressure tested the system to verify proper operation and integrity.

Backfilled and compacted excavated areas upon completion. Concrete, brick, asphalt, synthetic turf, or decorative surface restoration was not included in this scope of work. Work area was cleaned and debris removed upon completion.

Includes leak repair on irrigation on the backyard. Includes new siphon valve.

While excavating trench for the new main service line if we happen to run into the old service line and or leak, we will present this to our client and give an option to repair everything up to that point

Master Bathroom (Toilet Area)

Contractor shall perform a localized concrete slab penetration in the master bathroom at or near the toilet area for the purpose of accessing the main drain line. Upon exposure of the drain line, contractor shall locate and remove any unidentified foreign object obstructing the line and restore proper drainage flow.

Following completion of plumbing repairs, the excavated area shall be backfilled as required and a rough concrete patch shall be placed to restore the slab surface.

This scope includes a rough concrete patch only. Tile replacement, finished flooring, cosmetic repairs, or final surface finishes are expressly excluded.Check or CC $9355.00
