Upon Cameron inspection technician found that drain line is broken underneath both back to back bathrooms

Explain to customer that there’s two options

Option number one would be to rip apart both bathrooms, which would be an extreme amount of money and the customer is aware of that

Option number two would be digging on the outside of home where concrete is outside of bathrooms and tunneling underneath bathrooms and reversing the drain lines into the front yard main sewer line

This what is essentially reroute the drain lines and have brand new drain lines in both bathrooms

This includes concrete, cutting and soil removal and excavation outside of house along backyard by the bathrooms

Includes cutting and removing all necessary, drain lines underneath back to back bathrooms and replacing with new DWVPDC

This includes all code approved pipe and fittings to accommodate for new drain reroute

Includes saw cutting into driveway to catch proper grade and tying into existing sewer main

Does not include any repairs on existing sewer main

Does not include any other fixtures inside or outside of home

Can I Hope Valley does not include drywall drywall patch paint, stucco or stucco patch or flooring?

Does not include any concrete work except for what is written in the contract

Upon previous contracted work once we had the main sewer line exposed in the driveway we ran the camera to diagnose any future issues that the customer might be having

We found two compromise sections of pipe one is in the front yard by the sidewalk, which technician will take pictures of where the location is and the other is underneath the house which is slab

This includes installing a two part epoxy lining system underneath the house from clean out in the front yard to rehabilitate existing sewer line

Includes exposing a 4 x 4 foot hole in the front yard and hydraulically pulling a new sewer line underneath ground with new polyethylene piping

All work will be done from the outside

Includes a 20 year warranty on parts and labor in the front yard portion of this job

Includes a new cleanout in the front yard driveway area

Includes all pipe and code approve fittings to accommodate for new sewer system

Technician gave two options

One was to rehabilitate the piping underneath the house and a Hydro Jetter in the main sewer line underneath front yard and driveway

Price to do so is $24,916.12

Technician also gave another estimate to permanently remedy the issue with a new sewer line, which was option two

This portion would be an additional $35,400.76

Customer chose the option to permanently remedy the issue

Sales-JustinUpon Hydro jetting several technicians and homeowner found that the area drain lines in the backyard are completely compromised in several sections by the pool and also by the back door of the home

This contract includes the following

Includes rerouting two sections of area drain lines

1-one is by the back door of the home which will be capped off and rerouted to the left side of the house facing from the back of home

2-the other section will be capped off and routed to the right side of the house, looking from the backside of home

This will include several areas of concrete removal and excavation of soil

Includes new ABS piping to accommodate for new drain repairs

Includes custom sump pump

Includes electrical outlet for outside weather box

Includes backfill of soil

Includes concrete repair in only the areas that we are working in

Conejo Valley PLUMBING is not responsible for stucco paint flooring and any concrete except what is in the invoice above

The concrete will only be approximately eight bags worth at 90 pound bags

Conejo Valley PLUMBING will offer a 10 year warranty on repairs done in the above stated contract

Upon previous contract, Work technician spoke with homeowner and her son, and we both agreed the best way to do. This is to redo the system for the area drain in the backyard.

Anything not listed in this estimate is not included in the price. If more work is necessary a change order will be given.

Conejo does not warranty existing piping piping systems, only repairs or replacements made by conejo.

Conejo does not repair or replace stucco, landscaping, landscape electrical, irrigation, pool equipment, or water damage nor are they included in this estimate

Thank you for the opportunity to provide an estimate for the plumbing work at your property. Below is a summary of the proposed scope of work:

Scope of Work:

    1    Excavate area to expose existing water service line.

    2    Repair and/or replace damaged section of broken water service pipe.

    3    Replace existing irrigation gate valve with new full-port ball valve.

    4    Replace existing main house ball valve with new full-port ball valve.

    5    Backfill and compact excavated area upon completion of repairs.
