Cutting drywall to expose water lines and pipes in wall

Shut water off to home

Bleed lines by opening fixtures

Cut water lines and reconfigure to 21” high from ground and 8” apart

Cut out existing drain lines and installing new santi’s and stub outs 18” high from ground

Stub out 2- new dirty arms and male adapters

Install brand new 1/2 x 3/8 angle stops

Earthquake Gas Valve 2"Installation of a 2in seismic emergency gas shut off valve at gas meter

Disconnect and remove existing gas piping at meter. Install new 2in gas seismic shut off valve and tie back onto existing 1-1/2 pipe feeding house and existing 2in riser going to backyard and pool equipment. Install valve bracket brace on house and secure valve. Test new pipe and fittings for leaks. Relight necessary pilots after gas is turned back on.

Sales- NickEstimate to replace section of failed sewer line in wall.

Scope of work :

- set up drop cloth/plastic containment in area where work will be preformed

- open up large section of dry wall to expose leak

- cut out section of failed ABS sewer line

- inspect line going into slab to check for cracks below grade

- clean/prep pipe ends

- rebuild section of sewer with new SCH 40 DWV PVC pipe and fittings

- allow glue to cure prior to testing

- run all fixtures of hallway restroom on 2nd floor to ensure there are no leaks

- clean up work area once job is complete

Conejo home services will open up section of flooring in laundry room two gain access to damage section in kitchen line.

After 2 x 3 section of concrete is removed, we will excavate down 2 feet to damage section.

We will excavate and expose damage section and remove up to a 5 foot section removing cast-iron and installing schedule 40 PVC plastic pipe material.

Once scope of work has been performed we will backfill, compact soil and rough patch concrete.

Job includes a five-year warranty on repair

WORK WILL CONSIST OF:

Excavate in located area digging a 3x3 hole to expose 3” sewer line

Once sewer line is exposed we will cut pipe and install 2 way clean out access using proper strong backs to our connections.

Hydro jet

Customer has an existing 3” clean out access on side of property

Hydro scrub through access to remove build and gunk build under home.

We will hydro scrub from clean out access in front of property going upstream to pull all the debris into the city line.

Follow up camera inspection will be provided to further inspect sewer line

PLEase NOTE: hydro jet covers 3 hours anything after 3 hours will be an additional charge

Hydro scrub kitchen and 3” line on side of also. Will include 3/4 gas line repair.
