-There are 32 roof attachments still in place. Each standoff consists of a base plate, post, washer and bolt. The post can be unscrewed if preferred. The base plate should remain untouched. -Existing flashings to be removed and trashed.-New flashings left onsite with the homeowner.-Electrical penetration. Please handle with caution as to not damage wires. Wires are wrapped in electrical tape. New oversized flashing onsite. I am requesting that you hold off on sealing around the 3/4" conduit as I will need to make height adjustments during the solar reinstall. A temp seal is fine.
