Install angle stop with water supply line. - 1/2 COMP X 3/8 COMP ANGLE STOPFinancing $7,290.00

Cost to reroute and install a new laundry drain line through the planters connecting to the main line at the existing clean out location. Will need to tunnel under the walkway from the laundry side to the mainline side. Will install new pvc drains and new mainline cleanout, correcting the issue that exists with the cleanout tee.

This estimate is in lieu of the estimate that was already approved for the cleanout tee.

Conejo does not repair or replace bricks, concrete, stucco, paint, vegetation, etc.

Will need cut open the stucco and chip a little footing.
