Upon arrival, customer had some concerns and is in the process of selling house.

Customer also explain that they’ve had two other plumbing companies out to give diagnosis and we are the third estimate.

When removing toilet and ran sewer equipment, we noticed negative pitch in line and downstairs room 25 feet up to garage.

We will have to saw cut , jackhammer, excavate should properly gain access to main sewer under slab at home or replacement.

We will open up floor 25 feet and excavate 3 feet in depth to remove damage section.

Once trench is exposed, we will install PVC material with gravel and properly support pitch of 3 inch PVC material.

We will add a two way clean out in garage

Job includes a 10 year warranty on repair
