Conejo home services will hydraulically pipe burst main sewer in front of home and inner line inner diameter of terra-cotta clay 25 feet under street.

Scope of work includes the following:

Plumber time, labor time, insulation crew, upgraded materials, code required fittings, trench less, operator, excavation, compaction, backfill, shoring, and safety equipment. We will be excavating 3 feet at exit of home an additional hole at property line 7 feet in depth to properly gain access to main sewer to allow trenches operator to perform pipe bursting and lining process.Job includes a 25 year warranty parts and labor

9/5/25- CLIENT CALLED IN STATING THAT THE PLUMBERS DID NOT CUT IN AND REMOVE THE CAST IRON.

per Mark Customer has cast iron stack between floors that is cracked and leaking and needs to be replaced in kitchen area for guest bedroom upstairs

Drain line will be replaced with 3” abs plastic pipe and connected to existing drain lines upstairs and re connect to main line at exterior clean out this estimate does not include any drywall repair Please call when you are on your way (310) 295-7693 Jaime
