Technician arrived to find guest bathroom tub, not draining correctly

We are here on a previous contract to do a Hydro jet and camera

Technician found that the pipe is extremely compromised and is beyond repair and or Hydro jetting

This estimate will include the following

Includes opening up outside of existing bathrooms to access drains underneath the slab

We will then redirect both bathroom drains for toilet sink and shower/tub to go out the side of the house and alongside the outside into the main sewer in the front yard

This will include excavating large, potholes outside of bathroom outside of house and tunneling under each bathroom cutting out old broken cast-iron drains

Once having cut out and removed drain lines, we will then redirect to the outside trenches and pipe into the main sewer in the front yard, which is approximately 5 feet deep

This will make sure that we correct grade going all the way down the side of the house and into the sewer line

This includes utilizing DWVPVC drain pipe and fittings

This includes all labor and material costs

If customer signs the estimate we will waive today’s visit of $1000.50

This includes approximately piping in 80 feet of pipe and fittings total

This will include backfill of soil and grass if necessary

Customer is welcome to utilize our financing at 0% interest for as little as 18 months

This includes a full water test at the completion of job

All work will be done in a timely manner and will be all code approved material

If any plants and or grass is disturbed, we will put back the same way. We found it at the completion of job.

Does not include any stucco patch or paint

Does not include any drywall patch or painting

Conejo plumbing is not responsible for any waterlines or irrigation lines in the yard

If anything needs to be addressed, the technician will call the homeowner and describe any extra findings

If customer would only like to do the one bathroom, we are looking at a grand total of $15,111.77

If customer would like to do both bathrooms, as previously discussed with

technicians, the price for both bathrooms will be $21987.45

Technicians were not able to get through the pipe all the way due to the rotting out of the original cast-iron pipe. It’s about 3/8 of an inch in diameter with all the damage in the 2 inch pipe.

Customer will be responsible to pay the original cost of the Hydro jetting and camera

Sales: JimmyConejo home services will address closet bend in addition to work in progress which is toilet flange.

We will remove concrete flooring around toilet flange to properly gain access to closet bend an address, 3 inch cast-iron Santee fitting using PVC material.

Once scope of work is performed, we will backfill and compact soil properly.
