Sales: JimmyWill reroute kitchen and laundry line up to 4“main sewer located in front of home.

We will open stucco behind kitchen line and reconfigure and redirect to outside of home.

Once kitchen line is outside of stucco wall we will open up drywall behind laundry drain line reconfigure to outside of home and tie laundry line into kitchen reroute.

We will begin saw cutting, jackhammering, and excavating on side of home up to 20 feet and once we are in front of home we will diagonally excavate across the front yard 40 ft in grass area and tie into main sewer at property line.

After trench exposed, we will install 2-inch PVC material and add a clean out access 2 inch in diameter for kitchen and laundry.

Once scope of work has been performed, we will backfill and compacted soil properly.

Scope of work includes the following: plumber time, labor time, installation crew, code required fittings, upgraded materials, safety equipment, excavation, jackhammering, disposal of concrete, backfill, and compaction.Collect: $14,000

Sales: TonyCost to fun new 3/4 cold line from main manifolds to hallway bathroom.

Cut open additional drywall in master bedroom and hallway bathroom.

Drill holes where needed to create path for new line.

Pull toilet in hallway bathroom and reset after repair.

Run 3/4 pex from manifold do manifold.

Reconfigure manifold to accommodate new pex line.

Connect both feeds and test for leaks.

Pull and reset master bathroom as well and replace flex lines to both bathroom toilets.Collect: $3,409.12
