Sales: JimmyExisting 3” cast iron vertical waste stack has fractured from bottom of line under raised foundation portion of home up to second floor restroom located on left side of home. This particular issue has no other viable repair solution except for replacement.

Replacement will require covering flooring, walls, and existing furniture in areas that scope of work will be performed.

Before demoing downstairs bedroom closet, shelves, and possible soffit in master bathroom.

Customer is aware that scope of work is a step-by-step process, and we will have to gain proper access to determine condition of original material.

New repair will consist of 3” PVC materials and proper fittings.Collect: $13,260.00 Synchrony 0% for 18 Months

Sales: JimmyExisting under slab cast iron sewer is severely corroded, back graded, and should be replaced. Replacement of this sewer will require flooring, concrete, and drywall demo to gain access to the entire system. When addressing master bathroom, we will reroute 100 feet through exterior using Schedule 40 Plastic piping material which ties into mainline sewer in front yard.

For bathroom in front of home we will reroute up to main sewer on exterior of home. We will be addressing home fixtures in both bathrooms which includes two toilets, shower, tub, and lav sinks.

Saw cut, jack hammer concrete, and excavate in bathrooms.

Disposal of concrete and debris in home.

Excavate trenching for new sewer piping...

Install all new Schedule 40 plastic piping material to exterior 4” ABS cleanout.

Drywall or stucco behind toilets, under sinks, and behind tubs will need to be cut to attach to existing venting system.

Plug and fill system to leak check.

Backfill trenching.Collect: $23,500.00
