Will need to remove pavers, dig existing clean up and cut and move old clean out and install a two way clean out work poppers to indicate if there is a stoppage in the future, once installed will back fill and properly compact sand down, then hydro jetting clean out towards the house through new clean out and making our way down the hill to remove roots, once hydro jetting is completed will perform a camera inspection to insure roots were removed. Hydro jetting is a process that takes time removing roots, it does not repair the root intrusion issue but give us access to service in the future.AMOUNT TO COLLECT WHEN DONE: $6260.00

Finish drain repair

Sales: JimmyConejo home services will hand excavate in a confined area under home to expose original cast iron material for replacement.

Once original material is exposed we will remove and dispose of cast Iron material. We will then begin to install ABS material from subflooring up to exit home for kitchen sink, laundry unit, toilet, bathroom, and lav sink.

All ABS material will be here properly strapped and secured to subflooring using proper mounting straps.

Scope of work includes includes the following : Plumber time, labor time, installation crew, safety equipment, dispose of original material, upgraded material, Code required fittings and excavation.

We will install 4 inch two way clean out access at exit of home using ABS material.Collect: $8,168.00
