Sales: AndrewInstall new customer supplied flagship 1865 water filtration system into water service located on left side yard. Filtration system will be installed on ground next to water heater closet. Water service is located on opposite side of closet 10ft to right.

Flagship water filtration system will reduce scale buildup in plumbing system preventing premature failure of piping and plumbing fixtures while providing safe clean drinking water to entire house.

This system will filter entire house domestic water.

Pick up customer supplied filter from Jc plumbing.

Install new customer supplied flagship 1865 filtration system.

Install new customer supplied uv sterilizer.

Install new customer supplied uv cover.

Install new 20-24” concrete pad.

Install new unistrut mounting system.

Install new earthquake strapping.

Install new 1.5” copper water supply piping to and from filter.

Install copper discharge piping to sewer cleanout under water service.Collect: $5,569.00

Sales: Jimmy / All American will be on site 03/04, 10-12CVHA will replace main sewer from exit of home up to property line 50 ft using high density polyethylene material.

- excavation 3 ft in depth at exit of home to gain access to main sewer.

- excavation at property line 6 ft in depth to allow trenchless operator to perform trench less method “pipe bursting” from exit a home of the property line using 4-inch inner diameter polyethylene material
