Sales- Justin Rygh Upon previous work, that technician was working with the Hydro jetting we came across an extreme amount of compromises in the existing sewer line

Technician explained to homeowner that we will deduct today’s charge of $975 since she decided to go ahead with the work in the front yard by replacing the sewer

Also explained that if customer cancels or rescheduled, we will then collect a $975 that will not be credited towards the big job

This will include excavating 2 separate holes in front yard, one hole being near the house in the other hole being near the sidewalk

We will then perform a hydraulic trenchless sewer replacement approximately 40 feet long

Once we are done replacing the sewer in the front yard, we will make connections to accommodate for new sewer pipe

We will then backfill soil and grass to its original states which we found it

This will get a 10 year warranty on parts and labor

This does not include the city lateral pipe

This only includes the pipe on the property, which is 4 inches in diameter in the front yard

All work will be done and completed in one full workday, including overtime if needed

Install approximately 180ft of underground polyethylene gas piping.

Core two 2” holes in bbq island perimeter.

Cut 8-10” off of pool eq pad next to ac condenser.

Tunnel under walkway if possible, cut and demo if necessary.

Pressure test and leak check entire system.

A landscaper will need to remove and preserve vegetation around work area prior to plumbing commencing project. Landscaper will need to return after plumbing completion and restore all landscaping and landscaping utilities. Landscape repair is not included in this estimate.Collect: $15,460.00 (CC or CHECK)
