We will saw cut, jackhammer, and excavate to gain access to abs plastic material and will address repair using PVC material.

Once scope of work is performed backfilled and compacted soil properly and set toilet flange to proper height.

Conejo home services cannot be held responsible for any type of flooring, drywall, structure to home, concrete patch, or any existing plumbing fixtures.Collect: $3,800.00

PER ANDREW (3 Day install)

Sectional repair at property line:Conejo home service will excavate up to a 10 foot trench from property line up towards home we will be excavating from 7 to 10 feet in depth.

We will have to call Dig alert to locate all utilities.

We will have to use shoring to hold up walls for safety precaution.

Once excavation has been performed we will remove damaged section of PVC plastic piping material up to 10 feet.

After installing schedule 40 plastic piping material with strong back fittings

We will compact with gravel under sewer pipe before backfilling soil and compacting properly.

Once soil is backfilled and compacted properly we will attempt to put grass back and cannot be held responsible if it does not grow back properly.

Customer is aware and would like to deny pulling permits at this time and is aware of responsibilities as a homeowner.

Job includes a 10 year warranty on parts and labor

Will also pull and reset toilet with new gaskets at no additional charge in today’s services will be applied to repair
