Scope of Work:Replace 4 - 4 foot fluorescent lights to led. Replace all the devices in right side of garage to ensure safety. Fix problem with the current outlets and lights.

Added - 2- 4ft fluorescent lights to LED. Add a dimmer for this 2 lights.

Change out all the old GE breakers, except the new solar ones and the main breaker. All the 15,20, and 30 amp breakers replaced with new. Re-paint deadfront with spray paint to match as much as possible to current color of panel. Relabel all the breakers with stickers.

1. Pull power from existing outlet in garage cabinet.

2. Extend power with mc cable for 6 feet.

3. Install new outlet in garage at a lower height.

4. Use the new outlet to extend power directly behind it on the outside.

5. Install new gfi with bubble cover.

6. Mount low voltage transformer near new gfci outlet.

7. Run low voltage wire from the transformer to the first spotlight.

8. Each light down low will be triple hit, 1 wire will be running up the palm tree for tree light.

9. Install 4 spot lights illuminating down below.

10. Install 4 tree lights up in the palm trees.

11. Install 1 floodlight to illuminate the putting green.

Customer is supplying the 4 palm tree lights, conejo is supplying 300 watt transformer, 4 black spotlights, and 1 black floodlight.Total due - $2,920.00
