Scope of Work

1. Remove outlet in garage and install an extension box.

2. Run 12/2 mc cable from existing box to new location about 20’.

3. Install a 2 gang surface mount box in garage and install 2 new outlets with cover.

4. Run 12/2 Mc cable from same 2 gang box up and over to garage door opener.

5. Install a single gang box with outlet and cover for garage door opener.

6. Remove existing bulb light fixture in garage on the wall.

7. Install 4” square extension box in existing box.

8. Remove existing 8’ fluorescent light fixture in garage.

9. Install 2 new 4’ led light fixtures in the garage ceiling on studs.

10. Run 12/2 mc cable from extension box to first light fixture.

11. Run 12/2 mc cable from first light fixture to second light fixture.

12. Strap all mc cable with wire straps.

13. Test all receptacles and light fixtures to confirm all devices are working correctly.

Upstairs bath-

1. Use existing switch leg by pulling from recessed cans.

2. Install new Panasonic whisper exhaust fan.

3. Run new ducting for the exhaust fan.

Downstairs bath-

1. Remove old light fixture.

2. Use existing wiring for the new fan.

3. Install new Panasonic whisper exhaust fan /light.

4. Run new ducting for the exhaust fan.

Scope of work-

Dining room-

1. There is an existing can light in the middle of the dining room that will be removed for a new chandelier.

2. The chandelier will be switched separately, entailing a new switch leg.

3. Replace 2 gang box with a 3 gang box for new switch.

4. Install fan rated brace box for the new chandelier.

5. Install customer supplied chandelier.

6. Extend existing power for kitchen island pendant.

7. Install box and customer supplied chandelier on the beam centered over island.

Bathroom-

1. Remove the can light in the middle of the vanity.

2. Relocate new box to the right of the mirror to match other existing light.

3. Use existing switch leg.

4. Install 2 customer supplied chandeliers.

Customer is responsible for any potential patching.
