Drain and remove the old water heater.

9/19 - UPDATED / NEW SCHEDULE:□ 9/16: Enclose the scaffolding holes on the lower roof with torch down patches.□ 9/17: Obtain measurements for metal fabrication (copper flashing, edge metal, and gutters).□ 9/18 – 9/26: Fabricate copper flashing, edge metal, and gutters.□ 9/22: Tower roof & lower roof section tear off, tile stacking, wood replacement, and inspection completed.□ 9/23-9/29 (5 days): Install all copper (edge metal, gutter system, coping metal); install underlayment on both tower and lower roofs.□ 9/26: Load/offload materials w/crane and install the roof access hatch.□ 9/30-10/15 (12 days): Complete tile installation in both sections (tower & lower roof).□ 10/16-10/21 (4 days): Tower scaffolding removed by LocalRoofs down to the lower roof section (scaffolding remains from ground level up to the lower roof).□ 10/22-10/28 (5 days): LocalRoofs completes lower roof section by installing new ½” plywood as necessary to cover the openings (where scaffolding was installed over the footings), install 3-ply torch, and redo the 1st 2 courses of tile.□ 10/29-11/3 (4 days): Reroof completed and all remaining scaffolding removed by LocalRoofs.
