Sales-BillReroute 1/2 cold water line around the house for refrigerator feed

Shut water off to the houseCut and tie into the cold water hose bib line under kitchen window

Install a isolation valve at point of tie in

Run new 1/2” piping and shallow channel uni strut along the bottom of the house around the left corner of the house and in a clear spot run up the wall and into the attic. Approximately 30’.

From the attic, tie in with 1/2” pex. Run new pex line into the cabinet above the fridge. Approximately 15’. Install a new 1/4” quarter turn shut off. From the shut off run 1/4” blue tubing down and tie into the existing fridge line. Test and bleed system. Caulk around hole going into the attic.

CVHS provides a 1 year warranty on parts and labor

Customer to paint piping after we are done. Hold of on insulation

Install C/S Moen Shower Valve in U/S Guest Shower

Shut water off to house

Using customer supplied repair plate template. Open tile around existing valve

Cut out existing Delta shower valve

Install new Customer supplied Moen shower valve

Test and install new trim, tub spout and shower head

Seal up new trim

NOTE- No warranty on customer supplied materials

Install C/S 1" Moen Flo (inside garage using softener loop)Shut water off to house and drain

Cut and rebuild 1” manifold to fit new 1” Moen Flo

Install new customer supplied Moen Flo

Test and take pics. Use existing electrical receptacle

Help customer set up app if necessary

Sales-JohnDig around both leaking sprinkler valves and hose bib on back hill and cut out old valves. Glue onto existing pipe and raise, straighten out risers and install new brass body valves. Install new hose bib. Tie onto existing wires feeding valves and to sprinkler timer.

Cut out old sprinkler valve and 3/4 regulator on side hill and replace with new. Install new regulator on incoming side of new brass body sprinkler valve. CC or check $2357.90

Brayan’s guys said they will be done tomorrow still setting tile and putting concrete on upper roof.

Guys are finishing up should be done in a couple of hours
