Will also repair the root intrusion on the left side system curb level in front of the tree.

Install a new 50 gallon water heater.

Install a new drain pan.

Sheetmetal the base.

Install a new gas flex connector, water connectors, supply ball valve shut-off and quake strap.

Install expansion tank at supply line of water.

Hook T&P valve up to existing copper line.

Tax and permits are included in the price of cost.
