1/27 Jimmy Conejo home services will rebuild manifold for incoming water supply. We will install new hose bib , pressure regulator , pressure relief valve, and ball valve.We will be installing three-quarter inch type L copper for material.After scope of work has been performed, we will test for leaks and pressurized to make sure there’s no issues and adjust pressure regulator accordingly.Existing under slab cast iron sewer is severely corroded, back graded, and should be replaced. Replacement of this sewer will require flooring, concrete, and drywall demo to gain access to the entire system.

Saw cut concrete in bathrooms and section in home

Jackhammer and remove concrete.

Excavate trenching for new sewer piping.

One bathroom can be tunneled under for replacement.

Install all new pvc sewer piping to exterior 4” pvc cleanout.

Drywall or stucco behind toilets, under sinks, and behind tubs will need to be cut to attach to existing venting system.

Plug and fill system to leak check.

Backfill trenching.

When addressing main sewer under slab home, we will use trenchless technology and hydraulically. Piper burst from bathroom to bathroom all the way up to exit of home using high density polyurethane material..

Cvhs 25 year parts/labor warranty.

Conejo home services will excavate at Exit home 3 feet in depth to properly gain access to main sewer line.

Once main sewer line is exposed we will remove a 3 ft section at joint where terra-cotta clay and cast-iron material connect.

After section has been removed, we will Hydro jet main sewer before entering lining material.

Trenches operator will insert liner up to 80 feet using 4 inch inner diameter lining material.

Once the line has been cured and is intact, we won’t expect to make sure there’s no imperfections and material.

At exit of home, we will install a two-way main sewer clean out access using schedule 40 PVC material and backfill and compact soil property.

We will also Hydro jet all original cast-iron material under slab of home.

Job includes a 25 year warranty on liner
