Take a lot of photos before during and after for his insurance claim

Save and stack tiles for reinstallation.

Remove the old underlayment. Haul away all trash to the landfill.

Thoroughly clean the surface of the plywood with a broom and blower to rid of all nails and debris.

Install new drip edge metal along the roof's edge (size: 2" x 4").

Install new eave ridge metal

Install new plumbing and heater vent pipe flashings, roof-to-wall tile pan flashings, chimney flashings, 24" valley metal, and paint to match the new installation material.

Reinstall the same existing roof tiles and replace any broken tiles with a similar color tile. We will install the new similar color tiles in the least visible area of the section.

Reinstall the same ridge and rake tiles. Replace any broken tiles with a similar color and style.

Paint and seal all pipes and vents a similar color as the roof for a cohesive look.
